Step 1
In a food processor, combine the chicken, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and an egg. Pulse everything until it’s well mixed.

Shape the mixture into round patties. Heat some oil in a pan over low heat and cook the patties for about 10 minutes on each side, until they’re golden brown and cooked through.

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a little oil until they turn a nice golden color.
