Why This Recipe Is So Tasty
Cooking Pointers
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through (165°F or 74°C).
- Let the bites rest on paper towels after frying to remove excess oil.
Step 1
Chop the bread slices into fine crumbs using a food processor. Then add the boneless chicken, coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, black pepper, cumin seeds, chili flakes, fresh chilies, and an egg. Blend everything together until well combined.
Step 2
Lightly grease your hands with oil to prevent sticking. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into little donut rings.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip each chicken ring into the egg wash, then coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken rings until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
