Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead until you get a soft dough. Drizzle a little oil on top, cover it, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan, then sauté the chopped onion for a minute. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute. Sprinkle in salt, cumin seeds, pepper, and paprika, then mix everything well.

Toss in the chopped carrot, capsicum, tomato, and coriander leaves. Give it a good mix and set the filling aside to cool a bit.
