Why You'll Keep Making This
Tips For Better Flavor
- Don’t overmix the chicken to keep it tender.
- Toast the buns lightly to add a nice crunch and prevent sogginess.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the chicken with chopped garlic, chillies, lemon juice, cream, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it’s tender and cooked through. Set it aside when done.
Step 2
In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander, chillies, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds, and yogurt. Blend everything into a smooth, fresh sauce.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the eggs like a flat omelette for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
Toast the burger buns in a little oil until they’re golden and crispy.
Step 5
To assemble, spread some of the green sauce on the bottom bun, add lettuce, the cooked egg, the creamy chicken, a bit more sauce, and finish with some onion rings.
Step 6
Top with the other bun and enjoy your burger with a cold drink!
