What Makes This Dish So Tasty
Quick Kitchen Tips
- Let the cheese melt slowly on low heat to avoid burning or separating.
- Add a pinch of herbs like thyme or rosemary to enhance the flavor.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, salt, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili sauce, and vinegar.
Step 2
Add the chicken to the bowl and give it a good mix to coat it well. Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook until it’s done. Cover the pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Keep cooking until the chicken is nice and tender, then turn off the heat and set it aside.
Step 4
For the white sauce, heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook it for about 3-4 minutes to get rid of the raw taste.
Step 5
Slowly add the milk while stirring, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Step 6
Now, assemble everything: spread the cooked chicken in a pan, pour the white sauce over it, and sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top. Add some chili flakes and oregano, and finish with fresh coriander leaves.
Step 7
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts. Turn off the heat.
Step 8
Serve it hot and enjoy!
