Kitchen Advice
- Cook the pasta just until al dente to avoid mushy texture when mixed with the sauce.
- Save a little pasta water to loosen the sauce if it becomes too thick.
Step 1
In a bowl, toss the chicken with cornflour, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until everything is nicely coated. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it’s golden brown. Once cooked, set it aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, warm a bit of oil and sauté the chopped garlic for about a minute until fragrant. Add the tomato paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Season the tomato mixture with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, then add the carrots, cabbage, onion, and capsicum. Cook everything together for another minute.
Step 4
Toss the fried chicken back into the pot and mix well, letting it cook for a minute to combine the flavors.
Step 5
Finally, add the boiled spaghetti and give everything a good stir so the pasta is well coated and heated through.
Step 6
Serve it up and enjoy your tasty chicken pasta!
