Why This Recipe Is So Easy To Love
Cooking Advice
- Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
- Cook over medium heat to avoid drying out the meat.
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped onion, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chili flakes, salt, breadcrumbs, egg, ginger-garlic paste, and coriander leaves. Mix everything well until it’s all nicely combined.
Step 2
Lightly grease your hands with some oil and shape the mixture into medium-sized kebabs.
Step 3
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry the kebabs until they turn golden brown on all sides. Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
In a separate pan, melt some butter. Add tomato paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add the fried kebabs to the tomato sauce and toss gently to coat them well. Then, stir in sliced onions, chillies, ginger, and fresh coriander leaves.
Step 6
Serve everything hot and enjoy!
