Why This Recipe Works
Cooking Hints
- Cook the noodles just until al dente to avoid them becoming mushy.
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them juicy.
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, chili powder, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix everything well, then shape the mixture into small meatballs. Set them aside.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onions and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they’re soft and fragrant.
Step 3
Stir in the tomato paste, salt, pepper, chili powder, and oregano. Cook for another minute or two to bring out the flavors.
Step 4
Add the vinegar and soy sauce, give it a good stir, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
While the sauce is simmering, fry the meatballs in a separate pan over medium-low heat until they’re golden brown all over.
Step 6
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the tomato sauce and stir to coat them nicely.
Step 7
Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix everything together so the noodles soak up the sauce.
Step 8
Serve it hot and enjoy!
