Why This Recipe Stands Out
Tips For Perfect Results
- Fill the molds carefully to avoid spills when sealing.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours to ensure they are fully set.
Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic for about a minute until fragrant. Add the carrots and capsicum, stir, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Toss in the shredded chicken along with soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt, chili powder, chili flakes, and some fresh coriander. Mix everything well and cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool completely. Once cooled, add the boiled and mashed potatoes and stir until everything is well combined.
Step 4
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into triangles using a knife. Stick a popsicle stick into each one and adjust the shape if needed.
Step 5
Dip each triangle first into a cornflour slurry, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Heat oil in a pan and fry the triangles until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
